As part of your onboarding process, you will receive extensive in-house training where you will be introduced to the heritage and culture of the UAE, along with operations and service training.

The job is seasonal and the contract will be only from September 2025 - April 2026.

As a Conservation Guide, you will be one of Hero Experiences’ brand ambassadors, conducting the highest quality safari experiences while making the trip memorable for our guests.  The  Conservation Guide's mission is to ensure that an all-encompassing cultural and wildlife experience is offered with a focus on catering to the specific needs of each guest. You will spend a reasonable amount of time between the city and the pristine desert, driving, coordinating guests and tasks among our desert venues, and accomplishing F&B and service duties.
 

Requirements / Qualifications:
You should be over 21 years of age, hold a valid manual UAE driver’s license (or a manual international license to convert) for at least 1 year. An inherent passion for observing, sharing, and learning about the UAE’s culture, history, wildlife, flora, and fauna. You must be friendly, confident, self-driven, humble and an outstanding team player, with the flexibility to work shifts and extra hours as required. Great interpersonal and communication skills are required; speaking multiple languages is a massive plus with a preference for those who can speak fluent Italian, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.

Job Description:

In your role as a Junior Guide, you will be one of Hero Experiences’ brand ambassadors, our face to the world as you go about your duties on behalf of the brand whether it is in the city or the desert. Junior guides are expected to have strong analytical and communication skills as you will deal with a wide range of tasks and need to be able to coordinate with others on the fly. These tasks vary from transporting guests to and from tours, to assisting with office deliveries, and even vehicle upkeep.

  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ensure all dishes comply with food safety and hygiene regulations, adhering to established protocols.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine innovative menu items that align with our brand's vision.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen management team to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Culinary arts skills, including food preparation and presentation
  • Experience in kitchen management and menu development
  • Knowledge of food health and safety regulations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Certification in culinary arts or hospitality management
  • Experience in luxury dining or events management is a plus
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekend, and holidays
